Madoka Portable works pretty well with PPSSPP VR.
The gameplay segments at least.
One issue though, is that the game puts the camera -behind- the square you're standing on, so if you free look to the sides, you get the impression that you're standing behind where you really are. Turning gets a little disorienting.
