Once built, getting started is easy, let your imagination guide you:
Plan: Before you can print anything out on a 3D printer you need a design. Think of the piece that you want to make, sketch it and get ready to create a digital model. Stuck for ideas? The internet is full of ready-to-use digital models for you to download and print yourself.

Model: Designed on your computer, you can either create a digital version of your sketch using modelling software such as AUTODESK 123D. Whether an original idea or one you’ve downloaded online, you’ll be able to add your design to the software which converts the data into instructions that control how the printer deposits the material to make the model.

Print: Once the data is complete, it is output from the PC to the 3D printer. Start the program and wait for the shape to emerge...
The model is built up layer by layer starting from the bottom.

Finish: Your three-dimensional artwork has been created! We will show you how to polish the surface or add colour. Add a professional finish to your work!
