While the thumbnail states this video is for Hotfix 22.13.3, it is also for Hotfix 22.13.4. Each of these updates provided significant changes to Beam weapons with the most notable change coming to the removal of Status per Second and the implementation of base & solid Status chance/effects on said weapons. 

Also the main focus of each of the hotfixes is the balancing of Beam weapons however they weren't the only items to receive changes, as Invasions also saw improvements.
