After a closed session that spanned an hour and a half Tuesday, Carmel-by-the-sea city council decided they will release the documents related to the hiring of city attorney Glen Mozingo. The documents will be released within 15 days of the city receiving a signed final receipt of the court's judgement, says assistant city attorney Jon Giffen.
