During an interview with Fox News’ Chris Wallace on Sunday, President Trump said that perhaps he should have gone to Arlington Cemetery on Veterans’ Day – right before insulting the Navy Seal who killed Osama Bin Laden, quipping it would “have been nice if we got [him] a lot sooner than that.” The president also sent out a mocking tweet over the weekend about Rep. Adam Schiff, after the California Congressman raised concerns about the fact that Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker was not approved by the Senate. Today, three Democratic Senators filed a lawsuit on those same grounds, with one of the three — Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal saying "Trump leaves us no choice but to seek recourse through the courts." Jim Braude was joined by Nancy Gertner, a retired federal judge and senior lecturer at Harvard Law, and Jennifer Braceras, Senior Fellow with conservative nonprofit, Independent Women's Forum.
