After 12 years since Duke Nukem 3D was released Gearbox Software has helped 3D Realms with the final touches on an epic video game.

Duke still driving the Mighty Foot 4x4 truck makes his way through the desert past falling boulders and pissed off aliens. He eventually makes the final boosted jump with the Mighty Foot into the waters on the high side of Hoover Dam. Here Duke runs into the President who blindly blames Duke for all the troubles with the alien invasion. On the road way this is on top of the Dam Duke battles various aliens with varying degrees of power and skill.

Dispatching the minions reveals an enormous Battlelord with a large alien gun. Duke throws a dozen RPG rockets towards the Battlelord bringing it to it's knees that gives Duke a chance to run up and yank out a Battlelord Horn. Repeating this process a second time leaves the Battlelord in an position that allows Duke to perform some Ball Busting punches to the alien's nuts.
