  Well today he did a hike on top of the mountain called Prairie Mountain just past bragg creek in Kananaskis Country.  This was a 6km round trip 800 meter elevation climb.  For my third hike of the season and being out of shape from my surgery I struggled a bit with this one.  However I pushed my way to the top and had a beer.
