John "Toast" Oast from Fishyaker.com and the Ocean Kayak Pro Staff shows an easy way to access gear inside of your kayak.  Installing padeyes inside the hull of a kayak creates an attachment point to attach leashes to stowed gear.  This is a great way to organize and access eguipment, which can then be slid further back into the hull of the kayak.
