GET IN THOSE JEANS CHALLENGE: STARTS: SEPTEMBER 23rd - NOVEMBER 23rd! This challenge is totally simple & it’s all geared towards your goal jeans. Since the challenge will last a little over 60 days.. it’s best to be as realistic as possible. Going down 1-2 sizes would be my advice.. BUT a lot can happen in a few months👖💪🏽. • So here are the rules: 👖 Find a pair of old jeans.. 👖Take a “starting” photo in your jeans showing where they stop. 👖Post picture (or if you chose to send privately via DM) for accountability. 👖Post your progress at the end of each month (sep, oct, nov) 👖Use hashtag #GetInThoseJeans18 I’m excited to also announce that I’ll be accepting 10 new determined & motivated individuals to coach through the process.
