Learn how to pipe a basket weave on the side of a cake and make your own speckled chocolate Easter eggs by using plastic eggs as a mold!  This is a speckled chocolate eggs, embellished with pastel meringues and sprinkles on top of a coconut cream cheese cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
