U.S. lawmakers are pressing the Pentagon to explain why it has failed to protect U.S. soldiers in Iraq from the hazards of deficient electrical work on military bases. Faulty wiring has killed at least 15 U.S. soldiers and Marines in Iraq. But an initial report from the Pentagon's inspector general has found no evidence of wrongdoing. Leta Hong Fincher reports.
