This is the second part of this battle.After defeating Lt. Surge, you get the Thunder Badge as well as TM34 which teaches Shock Wave. Shock Wave is an attack that never misses which is kind of nice indeed.Okay, I want to let everyone know that I have underwent HEAVY training and have made some adjustments to my team.
