A lot of people have been hatin' on HA Leadfoot. This is understandable, since his official robot mode transformation is, to put it bluntly, retarded. But I love him, and it's because I was able to squeeze a far better-looking, more screen-accurate fanmode out of him. Here's how you can do it too! You can even ball up Steeljaw into a badass medieval mace! Hopefully, this video will help convince some people that this accidentally-awesome figure is worth getting. IMPORTANT: I wasn't able to show in the video that I had to mod him slightly. In order to get the two red pieces with headlights on 'em to fold down, you have to slice a small chunk away from the inner grey hinge pieces. It's pretty easy. You don't have to cut much. Sorry about the lack of audio. My camera's video-only. I tried to cut out some of the useless bits of me fumbling around with him to compensate. Try humming "The Touch" as you watch.
