This is the second part of this challenge. I've tried to beat Shao Kahn by using SSB Mario, but he was so hard, that I still failed, but I hope, I'll beat him next time. I decided to beat God Rugal by using Arcueid. He's also hard, but isn't as hard as Shao Kahn. I'm using old good BrokenMUGEN lifebars again.
