This is a Douglas C47 .She is a Normandy and Arnhem veteran where she was used to tow in glider troops.
 she now regularly does drops at commemorations in Normandy and at operation “market garden “commemorations in Holland , she is also used for film and Tv.  credits include Band of Brothers, Monuments Men, Memphis Belle, Red Tails, Foyle's War, Land Girls, Saving Private Ryan, Valkyrie, Dirty Dozen 2 and Captain America.

she was also the aircraft used in the flying chase in Bond film “Quantum of solace” the parachutists were all ex military mostly from the parachute regiment and SF,
