1) 50dmg Pounce from the Sugar Mill smoke stacks (hunter can wall-pounce up all the way, I got up as jockey with jetpack as "cameraman")
2) Atrium 40dmg pounce with spitter combo.  To get up here you can jump from scaffolding as hunter. Also, my server uses Ghost Pounce so you can leap as a ghost infected to make things more interesting.
3) Knocked off as hunter, then they forgot about me. Just lolz
4) Spit & incap.  Spit and can-death
5) Can death and look at Ellis! WAT
