Vietnam: Day 38-40 – Mekong Apocolypse

Day 38 – We tour the famous Mekong Delta, and we get to explore the villages that reside on the islands around the area. We also get a sweet jungle sampan boat ride, that let us feel like we were living "Apocalypse Now." Day 39 – We continue the tour, and head to the "Floating Market" where people sell and buy goods, but for us felt more like the street selling of drinks and foods taken to the water. We make some rice noodles, eat some snake and see a very lonely temple in Chau Doc. Day 40 – The last day of the tour and we see some of the fishing villages and make our exit from Vietnam on to the next beast: Cambodia.
