This video also goes into a typical problem that occurs with dash lights of the center console lights for the led light strip.  Typically what breaks is the "EL inverter".  It is a simple swap and you could also change the color of your dash lights or console lights by installing a different  "EL inverter".   Repair dash or console lights that flicker or work intermittently by replacing the EL inverter.
