Rare are those tunes that find the balance between light and dark, that are equally as inspirational as they are pensive, that drive the sound forward yet still give a nod to the history of our music. What Soligen has crafted with this four track release is a rarity these days. Fokuz Recordings is proud to present the Beautiful EP on January 15th 2018. Made up of Benjamin Blake and Chris Dows they’ve been working together since early 2011 structuring their unique sound blending the rough with the smooth showing impeccable craftsmanship, detail and variation to their beats. They are a tight unit, friends long before they formed a duo working closely with other friends and family such as singer Wednesday Amelia and Beat-boxer Mikey Beat who have been featured on tracks and releases as well.
