A previous gun case against mass shooting suspect Radee Prince has been reopened as part of a larger investigation into the Edgewood shooting that left three people dead and two injured. The case concerns a 2015 traffic stop in Elkton, where Deputy Joseph Kenley found an S&W black pistol underneath the center console of Prince's vehicle. Prince was a convicted felon at the time, and had the Cecil County State's Attorney's Office pursued and won a conviction on all the charges, Prince would have been in prison and unable to carry out his shooting rampage last month.
