"The key is collaboration..." Ms. Vaishali Neotia speaks about the chaos inherent in technology, and how this is the very same chaos that lies at the heart of innovation and entrepreneurship. It was 2012 when Vaishali, with a vision for the future, co-founded Merxius. Merxius is an Augmented/Virtual Reality company that started way before VR/AR was mainstream technology. Currently the CEO, she is an alumnus of La Martiniere, Osmania University and the Indian School of Business. Her company has received multiple awards including and not limited to awards from IBM, Tata Elxsi and an Aegis Graham Bell award. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
