Take half a teaspoon of the mixture and add it to a glass of water to prepare your tea. You can also mix 60 grams of this mixture with 30 grams of dried dandelion roots. Add the mixture to 2.5 ounces of water, and a bit of salt. Boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
