Welcome to #MakeItMonday, a new series on my channel where I show you how to make something easy and edible every Monday! For today’s video I will be showing you how to make an “Sun Dried Tomato Pesto.” It is really easy and tastes good on almost anything! I will have all the ingredients and directions listed down below so you can easily follow along as I make it.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 TBSP of Minced Garlic: http://go.magik.ly/ml/no3/
- 1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese: http://go.magik.ly/ml/no4/
- 1 Package of Sun Dried Tomatoes: http://go.magik.ly/ml/no8/
- 1/2 Cup of Shelled Walnuts: http://go.magik.ly/ml/no6/
- 1 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil: http://go.magik.ly/ml/no7/

Directions:
1. Start by rehydrating the tomatoes in boiling water for about 10 minutes

2. Then you can go ahead and place them in a food processor along with the minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and walnuts

3. Turn on the food processor and slowly add in the extra virgin olive oil

4. Once everything is combined you can check to see if it is smooth and lump free

5. If you find that there are still lumps go ahead and turn the food processor back on

6. Once everything is completely combined you can go ahead and use it on pasta, as a veggie dip, on crackers, and more
