Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are divorcing, but they're doing it in a remarkably amiable way.

In fact, according to TMZ, Ben is already dating someone new although it's not serious yet.

Ben and Jen apparently spent a lot of time during their split making sure the divorce would eventually go smoothly, and there's reportedly no prenup.

TMZ reports that Ben's rehab was the last straw that led to divorce, but he's ready to move on and there's no animosity between him and Jennifer as they divide up their assets.

And it's also reported that Ben plans to move out of the family's guest house and find a place of his own.

In the grand scheme of things, Ben and Jen seem to be doing things as nicely as possible.
