A: After your British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program application package is received, it is evaluated based on the criteria of your application category. If you meet the criteria, you will get a letter of acceptance and a nomination package advising you on your next steps. You'll have 180 days to submit your application to the CIC. If your application is declined, you will be sent a letter stating the reasons for that decision. You can reapply, but it is best you do so only after you address the reasons your application was denied in the first place.
