My childhood and how it shaped me to be who I am today. I grew up in a village. My first activity was rearing cattle, then Coffee farming and the going to school. These three activities ran in parallel up to age 19 when I went to boarding school. I raised from working locally to regionally then then internationally. It does matter where one started, all that matters is taking one step at a time
 Oltesh Tobias who went from being a cattle herder in Tanzania at the age of 6, to becoming a certified John Maxwell coach and speaker and a diplomat who has worked with businesses from all over the world.
