Good news! (Well good and bad in a way) I have found out the cause of my aches and pains: Polymyalgia! Started on a course of steroid tablets and already the pain has reduced to an almost negligible level, so I will be able to play other instruments again. Thank you Dr Adam Standry.
This song, Bomber's Moon, is one written and performed by Mike Harding, that stalwart of English Folk whose own father was killed returning from a bomber raid on Germany in WWII. 
It comes as a request from Lee Moran who asked me to dedicate it to his squadron; 51 Squadron, RAF Regiment, Royal Air Force.
In Mike Harding's own performance he is accompanied on the piano which I thought would make life very difficult for me as I do not play that instrument and also could not find the chords to go with the song. However, I decided to try it out on the autoharp and am quite pleased with the result, though not certain that I have the chords exactly right, but they work for me.
So for Lee and 51 Squadron, here is my interpretation of The Bomber's Moon, a song which I feel tells how awful war is both on those who have to fight and on those innocent victims who get caught up in it and for family members who have to wait behind to see if their loved ones are coming home.
