Roasted coconut and burnt pine depth with a rosehip acidity. A dry tea with a lingering eucalyptus sweetness. This Ruby cultivar oolong tea is oxidised in a vacuum to raise GABA levels for relaxation and mental awareness. Contains 290mg of GABA per 100g (laboratory tested). Our EMERALD ALISHAN GABA (see related products) is also a GABALONG but is created from high mountain Jin Xuan Alishan Oolong. In order to be called GABA tea, the leaves must contain at least 150mg of GABA per 100g (normal oolong has about 6mg so that is 25 times higher).
