The game's protagonist is a nameless young boy who while lost out in the rain sees the silhouette of a young girl. Upon following her, he turns invisible, like her, and finds out there are various other invisible creatures roaming about. He has to find his way to her among the world of the invisible.

Rain (stylized as rain), also known in Asia as Lost in the Rain, is an adventure video game developed by SCE Japan Studio published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 3 video game console. The game was first revealed at Gamescom and was released on the PlayStation Network in 2013.
