One can feel the difference between a L'll Red slot machine set at about 95% and one that is much tighter, say set at 85%.  Getting two reels of Wilds is a very rare occurrence, but on a 95% machine, you have a reasonable hope of seeing it happen once in a while.  You'll see it happen more than once in this session.  It also happened the last time I played this machine.

In contrast, I've played this game in a casino that is known to be tight.  Let's just say this casino is by a famous lake where people like to vacation, and the casino is owned by a chain that is currently figuring out how to make bankruptcy work.  On that machine, I never once got a single row of wilds to show up.  It is not that it won't happen - it is just so much more rare.
