1. Go to xbox 360 dashboard, and unplug Ethernet / turn off wifi.
2. Load up GTA V,
3. Go to online section and sign back into XBL, (once signed in you should see the content creator)
4. Go to the Xbox GameStore and download any DLC.
5. Once DLC is downloaded go back to "online" and then go to the creator beta.
6. You will now be able to create races, deathmatch, and capture missions.

(Freeze Money Part) *Im the founder*

1. Get into the creator (Steps above)
2. Create a death match and fill everything in till you can publish.

3. Instead of publishing/ saving, exit.

4. Once back at the "creator" menu, exit back to Grand Theft Auto V (Don't go online)

5. Once back in SinglePlayer replay the Prologue.

6. Once in the prologue get a invite to a "Invite Only" session from a friend/Random. (will not work if it's a random session)

7. Once online your money will be frozen and you will be able to buy what ever you want. (until you find a new session)
