About The Long War

Long War is a modification for XCOM Enemy Within and has the depth of a true expansion. It adds in many new gameplay mechanics including (but not limited to), up to 12 soldiers in the field, 8 new classes, new tech, new air combat system, new officers/NCOs system and much much more.

Who Is Mal?

My handle "Mal" is a shortened name and comes from my time in games like Counter Strike, DoD, Ultima Online, Shadowbane, WoW, SWToR and others where I went by the name Malevolence or Malevolent. I am an geek who has been playing games my entire life with a keen interest in MMO/CRPGs, Strategy and Tactical Games. 

On my channel you will find AAA as well as Indie titles but make a concerted effort highlight to smaller projects whenever I am able to. 

While not an expert in every game I play but do strive to have fun and pass on knowledge at the same time. My videos will typically take the form of Let's Plays, First Looks, Reviews or In-Depth Guides.
