Many of our life activities can be described as a projects. There are various project management methods one can chose to run the project smoothly. Let's move it to the edge and look on our life as our main project we are in charge of delivery. How to run such a one time project where you are playing most of important roles? What style to chose to be able to utilize most of future opportunities and minimize the risks that surely will appear? I will try to convince you of agile approach that fits best to our era of uncertainty and changes. Railway engineering, software development, IT support, operations and executive management, entrepreneurship, project management. I have tried them all during 30 years of my professional life. I had a chance to manage projects of various size and areas cooperating with people of various cultures and nationalities and I am currently running IT related projects for international company.  I also train people on project management tools and solutions. 
I am interested in evolution as a natural way of continuous improvement, looking for evolutionary mechanisms outside the field of biology. This is also valid for project management - is there a space for evolutionary mechanisms or we have to base on intelligent design only?
