Iraq Officials Pleased With Obama Pulllout Plan

President Barack Obama has laid out a withdrawal schedule for Iraq that gets U.S. combat forces out in 18 months, instead of the 16 months he promised during the presidential campaign. The plan leaves a large force for training and counter-terrorism. Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki issued a statement saying he has faith in the country's armed forces to consolidate security.
