Built 2x shorter corridor of death only 8 blocks long and added electric fences on each block, does electrocuting zombies help corridor or no? By adding anything that slows down zombies, i.e., barbed wire or electric fences you force zombies to stay in that block longer which will result zombies hitting and damaging surrounding blocks. If that is your intention then great, but if you want to kill them without replacing blocks forget about fences and barbed wire in small confined spaces filled with dart traps. Also remember not to have any empty space in your corridor behind traps as zombies will not go in but try to find their way around and will succeed.
