This is an easy challenge. It is the easiest with an ATK. Get one in Paradise Palms or Lazy Links. There are a few other locations for an ATK. Then visit the "center" of 4 locations.

This means you have to drive to the middle of a location. We picked up an ATK at Paradise Palms and visited the center, then we drove to Retail Row, then to Lonely Lodge and at last to Wailing Woods. 

You can go to each town you want in any different combination. It is wise to chose a low traffic area and use a game mode like Soaring 50s to make it easier.

Make sure to use the map and position where you want to go. Then just follow the higlighted beam to the location.

This challenge will give you 5 battle stars which count for your Tier.
