Philadelphia Zoo Sloth Family in July

This video shows the whole sloth family - father, mother, and baby when the baby was about one month old. The father and mother were thought to be too old to breed when they first came to the Zoo in 1998. (Both are estimated to be around thirty years old.) Since their arrival, though, they have proven that it is never too late for animals living in the Philadelphia Zoo to start a happy healthy family. Their three adult offspring, born in quick succession shortly after they came to the Zoo, are now living in other zoos.
