The spirit of Christmas was in the air in the paediatric unit ward at Dora Nginza Hospital in Port Elizabeth, as the good Samaritan brought Christmas to those who can't afford to be with their families. The Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment World prepared a meal for 80 children hospitalised in the paediatric unit and showered each child with a gift. The initiative is in its 8th year running.
