Over a span of 30 years Lincoln Park developers refined the art of townhome planning and design. By the time The Pointe was built, in the mid-90s, some townhomes began to be perceived as viable alternatives to the increasingly unaffordable single-family homes. Edie Apostal and The Apostal Group have sold and resold more than half of the 150 rowhouses at The Pointe, so she knows the strengths of the various floor plans. In this sponsored video Edie walks us through an end unit with no walls directly abutting another unit. It's been highly upgraded by the current owner and is, in Edie's view, truly one of a kind. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, a 2-car attached garage, and is priced at $1.125M.
