Hi guys!  I'm baaack.

This was supposed to be one of my side projects in the future, but since I haven't been uploading any content for awhile, I decided to take this out of the backburner and make it a mainline thing.  I still have the audio recorded for the DmC review, but I seriously need to find a non-linear editor for it.

Config - Emulation Settings:
EE/IOP, VUs, GS - LEAVE AT DEFAULT
GS Window
Aspect Ratio: 16:9
Custom Window Size: 1280 x 720
Speedhacks
Enable speedhacks: ON
Enable all checkboxes
EE Cyclerate set to 2 (middle of the slider bar)
VU Cycle stealing set to 0 or 1

*** MTVU speedhack will cause some games not to boot, i.e. Gradius V

Config - Video (GS) - Plugin settings

Adapter: Your video card
Renderer: Direct3D9 (Hardware)
Interlacing: Auto

Uncheck original PS2 resolution
Scaling: 3x Native

Hardware Mode Settings
Set texture filtering so it's a grey checkmark (click once or twice to set this)
Leave the other three checkboxes off
Enable HW hacks to ON - CONFIGURE BUTTON
Turn Alpha and Half-pixel Offset to on - this will fix most graphical issues when Supersampling/Upscaling/"HD"ing
