My brief analysis of the alternative Westbard Sector Plan proposed by the Coordinating Committee on Friendship Heights. The CCFH plan is too much of a town center, rather than a neighborhood shopping and services area - which is what Westbard really is. This plan presents a regional destination, rather than a neighborhood shopping center.
