Easy Sourdough Start to Finish! http://www.aldermanfarms.net/sourdough http://www.aldermanfarms.net And now for something completely different: the annual Mississippi Gran Prix Bicycle race, Criterium stage, downtown Brookhaven, MS. This has become an annual outing for the family, and we really enjoy watching these folks absolutely flying around a couple of our city blocks on bicycles. I mean, they are MOVING. It's a wonder that we've never seen a crash in one of the tight corners, but we haven't! I reckon these men know what they are doing. Hope you enjoy a little change of pace. Back to Eden video tomorrow (hopefully)! [Background music by Dave Tough / Pond5.com]
