What are the forms that have to be submitted when applying for the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program as a Semi-skilled Worker?

The forms that the employer needs to fill out include the AINP 001 Employer Driven Application for Semi Skilled Worker Category, along with the Settlement and Retention Plan. If applying under the foodservice industry pilot program, an Employer Compliance Declaration Form has to be included. The employer and the candidate have to fill out and AINP 005: Employer Driven Application for a Semi-skilled Occupation. The candidate must fill out and include an AINP 003 Employer Driven Application for Nomination, and copies of an IMM 0008 Generic Application Form for Canada, an IMM 0008DEP Additional Dependents Declaration Form, an IMM 0008 Schedule 4 Economic Classes -- Provincial Nominees form, IMM 5669 Schedule A Background Declaration, an IMM 5406 Additional Family Information and an IMM 5476 Use of a Representative form. If applicable, employer or candidate have to provide the AINP 008A, and the AINP 008B Use of representative forms.
