Vocal Coach Jeannie Deva (http://devavocals.com) has worked with Grammy Award winners and multi-platinum recording artists, winners and contestants for The Voice, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance and other competitions.

She has been a judge for the Telemundo TV show "The Voice, Kids," was sought out by the television show "Idol Chat" to critique American Idol Finalists on the TV Guide station and has been interviewed by People Magazine to review one of the winners of America's Got Talent.  She knows a thing about singing and auditioning for singing competitions.

In this lesson, she addresses specific elements of auditions. Deva says the most important thing is to be prepared, in your voice in the context of the styling of the song.
