A pig should be so lucky as to end up here. The recipe: Boneless pork chops, all fat trimmed off Ripe olives, coarsely chopped Cheese Bacon, thick sliced, high quality Pepper Cover the bottom of a baking dish with pork chops, sprinkle with pepper. Add a layer of chopped black olives and a layer of cheese. Cover with bacon, sprinkle with pepper and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Spoon off excess liquid. Place under broiler for 3-5 minutes until bacon is crisp.
