Debido a su edad se aconseja esperar para ver efecto del tratamiento médico antes de proponer estrategia quirúrgica. Se controla a los 12 meses y se propone cirugía de 3000 grafts para las zonas despobladas a los 18 meses y después evaluar nuevamente. Donante con las siguientes características: · Temporal: 48 micras de pelo; 93 UF/cm2; 249 pelos/cm2; 2,68 pelos/UF; CV de 11,95 · Parietal: 49 micras; 98 UF/cm2; 263 pelos/cm2; 2,68 pelos/UF; CV de 12,89 · Occipital: 51 micras; 91 UF/cm2; 266 pelos/cm2; 2,92 pelos/UF; CV de 13,57 TDA (área donante total) de 257 cm2 y TDC (capacidad donante total) de 13940 grafts (a 2,76 pelos/graft= 38494 pelos TDHC= total donor hair capacity). Se realiza intervención de 3701 grafts (8967 pelos) para restaurar 83 cm2 de frontal y mid scalp (48 a 54 graft/cm2) a una media de 2,42 pelos/graft (321 singles; 1661 dobles; 1557 triples; 157 cuadruples, 5 quíntuple).
