Hello everyone! It's me Cantavanda here bringing you something completely different. Already a long while I've been planning to upload self-played music you my YouTube channel. I wanted to start with classical piano playing, in a few weeks, but a youtuber that I like, insaneintherainmusic, announced a one-week contest last Saturday (09/07/2016), a video game jazz arrangements contest. I can't let a chance like that slip, so this is my entry. I made a medley out of different video game tracks, mostly jazz, but there's a bit of classical in it. As stated earlier, participants were given one week time to work on their entries, but I was busy from Saturday to Thursday, so I could only start Wednesday 14/07/2016. The arrangement was started Wednesday, I worked 4 hours on that day, I finished the arrangement Thursday, after working 10 hours that day, I recorded, mixed and filmed everything Friday, which took the whole day, and edited/uploaded the video on Saturday, which took 5 hours. Because of all that rushing, there are still things that could be improved, and even some (hard to hear) mistakes, but this is all I could do in such a short time.
