Rules are simple, you must progress through the game without any pokemon ever gaining a level, this is done in this game by leaving the ap on. I may also add that this is my first time playing through the game.

Grimsley was one of the easier battles in the elite four, my plan half worked out, taking down liepard and getting a few x items in in the process. My favourite pokemon Bisharp comes in after that (who is undervalued in comp play imooo) and gets ohko'd. I wasn't however, expecting Krookodile to outspeed me, so I lost Sawk there, who would've swept the rest of his team easily. Instead, I poison it, and go to Floatzel to finish it off. Altaria tanks Scrafty very well, whilst doing a respectable amount of damage combined with a hyper potion, takes Scrafty down with little issue.
