CSX Q164, a southbound double stack freight, passes by the landmark residence of River Line mascot Flopsy the goat in Tomkins Cove. Flopsy, whose real name is Delilah, is the goat that can be found sitting on the roof of the house, grazing on the front lawn, or watching trains from the street. Today, Q164 consists of C40-8 standard cab 7562 and C40-8W 7750 with a moderately sized double stack freight. Enjoy the presence of Flopsy, the standard C40, and the sound of the Stony Point detector, which is about a half a mile away. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. The video was taken on May 30th, 2009.
