Today I discovered Mieng Kham at the Chatuchak weekend market in Bangkok. Peanut, ginger, shallot, lime, coconut and a sweet shrimp sauce wrapped in a cool little Betel leaf package. Biting into one of these is a full-on flavor explosion.... salty, sweet, sour, bitter, pungent. Highly recommended.
